I used a 12v battery pack with 8 AA batteries, a magnetic door switch, and 5 meter roll of 5630 LED's.

Cool! I have tons of door contacts if anyone else is looking to do this.
I put a LED rope light in mine and a mirror on the back wall then I stalled 2 dehumidifiers in it as well.

Looks awesome. I need to do something like that with mine. Have a cheap safe light in there, but still can't see that great.

My Eneloop's aren't lasting as long as I thought they would with the LEDs but I guess there's so many of 'em that there's a decent drain.
Plus, sometimes I just open my safe and look.
