looks like the new world order 10 commandments. That thing has cult worship written all over it. Kind of reminds me of the Biblical tower of Babel. It would make a great target for Army tank practice.

I've read several of Mark Dice's books and he can certainly be controversial. Opinions regarding his work are about split even...with very little middle ground. He is not a fan of the Guidestones as indicated in mukwah's link.
I viewed a YouTube vid last summer that he posted on this subject. He makes some points worth thoughtful investigatory consideration. This is not intended to be a post on religious beliefs, albeit I do have strong convictions that govern my own personal assessment of the Georgia Guidestones. Perhaps the vid may seal your evaluation as well.
