poly tac lights are the shit. they are the "primary arms red dots" of weapon lights. cost-effective and effective without all the douchery of the X300.

blue force gear sling and stubby vfg are the setup for an AR.

That's my plan exactly. I really love Keymod over rails. Way more comfortable in the hand.

Now if I can just figure out this damn optic I'll be set.

The 300 blk is coming together. Got to torque the barrel nut down tomorrow (to lazy to go get the ratchet) and put it all back together. I will be done once I get the fde Shockwave. 20160427_210602.jpg

I've been thinking of buying a high end light and mounting it to this so I could switch between rifles. plus, I don't like the extra weight when I'm not operating.

thoughts? is this ghey?

idk man I think the idea is decent to be able to switch it between rifles BUT I feel like the fact that it is intentionally a riser will make the light stick out too far and be too bulky. they typically already stick out pretty far in general.
