Well, it's more useful than a thread protector. Kinda expensive though.

For what it's worth, I traded into a G30 once upon a time that came with a Stormlake compensated barrel. The barrel extended about 3/4" beyond the slide and had two flat cut outs in it... didn't do crap to noticeably reduce recoil in my opinion.

I got a used factory barrel to replace it.

There's two versions. Textured and not textured.

I have a Gen 3 sitting around that I don't use really so I'm gonna strip it and use those parts for the 80% build. I also have a threaded barrel around that I don't use. And ordered a stripped slide from LW.

This "Glock" will have no serial numbers.
Damn gen 3 only. I only have gen 4 stuff laying around. Also what all do you have to do to it?

Drill like 3 holes and mill out some of the slide material that they have to leave on. Shouldn't take more than about an hour or so.
