That is the video I used the first and second time building lowers. I had them complete in no time, I've built a few since them and it's like riding a bike now. Piece of cake. I was a little intimidated the first go round looking at all those parts but I just built along with this guy and had it together and working without any problems.

the first time or roughly the first four times, it's confusing. once you've done several, you'll know those parts by feel.

Silly, he says..... Just a learning opportunity as many wiser than me already stated. Just one of the reasons I have yet to build a lower from scratch. Well, that and I really have no where to assemble it. I will probably attempt this when I put together a lower for an SBR.
