Holster recommendations

Just ordered a blue alpha gear duty belt (This one) and am in need of holster recommendations.

I am really liking the gcode with the rti adapter. But am open to suggestions at this point. Not even sure which gun I will be using with it, one of the main reasons I would like the rti so I can swap out at my leisure.

Yes. Mainly owb for around the property, plus some shooting. Would like a drop leg holster, but open for suggestions

A guy I shoot with really likes his T-Rex Arms holster. He got their optional "semi-drop leg" extender to go with it.

Although, as with almost any drop leg, you've got to strap it around your leg or it flips outward when you draw. His set up never looked very comfortable.

Edit- extender was a safari land mid ride, per the T Rex website

So I ended up taking @Mr. Goodbar recommendation on great craft. I will update once everything is in. Thanks everybody

Following up with this thread.

Ended up going with gear craft. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I know the gun industry is very busy, so I am not holding the 4-6 week turn around time against them.

Upon receipt of the three holsters I ordered, not a single one had proper fit or function. It's like every possible corner was cut when they where made.

All three had major retention problems and also the holster was making contact with the mag release, to the point that if you put any pressure on the holster the mag would drop free.

After some modifications and replacing the spacers for them I was able to get them where they at least functioned as intended.

Black Rhino Concealment has always done a great job for me. I have about 6 of their holsters now and all of them are top notch.

This one an IWB/OWB design with pretty standard features. What I didn't realize at first is that it's actually a layered design with a kydex frame and a stitched/glued leather outer shell. The effect is that it looks like a leather holster but has the rigid structure and positive click/retention of a kydex holster.

Good to hear. I've looked at his holsters online many times & like some of them but could never find anyone who had actually used one.
