I had one come back on the old letter, that was submitted after this ARC22! That's what's even more ridiculous!!!

Man, I am feel bad about the ARC 22! I wonder if Dobbs had an issue with filing the serial numbers on his end. Sheeeeyat, if it has passed on to a second supervisor they should be able to tell you more. I would have them on speed dial and call every day about it. Has @DoglegArms been able to do any checking on his end?
