H&K USC-UMP conversion.

Got a SWEET deal on an H&K USC today. So I grabbed it.

Best place to buy parts? Obviosuly H&K sells kits, but wondering if there are any other good places.

What gunsmith's do you know that have experience doing these conversions. Some of the minor things can be done by myself.

These are THE guys for UMP conversions. I had a USC...loved it...but the conversion wasn't worth the money to me.

You can scour the HK forums for conversion parts for a good deal sometimes....but not often

I think Dobbs Defense did some work converting one but you'd have to call and ask him.

That's an insane deal. If I could get one for even $800 I'd keep it as I'd never find one that cheap again.... Then again I love those things

Haha. Does trading for a profit count? I'm gonna keep it and convert it. Should put me around 1500 for the whole conversion depending if I do the milling myself or get a gunsmith to do it. Most converted ones run close to 2 grand, and the sellers are still taking a loss.

The grey...they didn't import nearly as many black guns as grey.
