New York State of course. I know several folks who live in Buffalo and other parts of New York, that always breathed a sigh of relief that they were not living in New York City, with Bloomberg's Crazy Laws and social agendas. Then they woke one morning to find that their governor and state legislatures has sold them down the river.

I have read on other forums that there is significant doubt as to the veracity of this report. We need more info and confirmation before we run too far with this.

If it pans out, then this is very significant and cause for immediate protest and action.

I assure the report is true. This is from the local tv station, and the defense lawyer has already started several suits against the state of NY.

Another echo here of the same story. We shall see but I have little doubt that it's true. Little Tin Pot, would be dictators don't pass draconian laws and then miss an opportunity to enforce them. The Governors new law was hardly well thought out.

Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Mark Begich (D-AK) have introduced S. 480, the "NICS Reporting Improvement Act of 2013", which will provide accurate definitions of persons who pose serious threats to themselves or others and therefore should be prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms, while protecting the rights of those who should not be included in NICS.

Hey Slowhand..... :D

I wonder how many of us here could pass the test..... :-\

  I'm shocked and my lips are sealed. I'll send you a PM about the time I got misdiagnosed by the VA and had to get a Bipolar Disorder or Maniac Depression misdiagnosis removed from my records. Back around 1993, the Docs were passing out anti-depressants and throwing diagnoses of all sorts that could have caused some problems for me. Heck, I never had any PTSD, I gave it to a few folks though. When he asked if anyone in my family had suffered from insanity? Saying "Nope, we all seem to enjoy it" was not a bright idea.

That was as clever a comeback line as I've ever heard Bill! ;D
