The thing about the Lafayette and Charleston shooting that absolutely baffle me is the fact that they are textbook cases (should one ever be written) of why "gun control" doesn't work. In both of the cases, both people were considered "prohibited people," yet they still managed to obtain a weapon.
I know it's been said before and it will be said again but - I absolutely can not understand why "more laws" is ever the answer when it is so painfully obvious that the ones we have don't make a difference.
