Nope. I like the grooves... but that's just me.
Dad stippled the fuck out of a G30 and he's very happy with it. That's the only pistol I will sell or return to Glock when he passes away.

I'd look around for a Gen. 2 first. I sold mine last year for 400 bucks, so they are def. out there. I just think you would have a hard time re-selling a gen.3 with that kind of modification, or sell it at a huge loss.
Haven't decided on doing it or not doing it. Just a thought at this point.

I live my finger grooves. But I'd look for a gen 2 before I permanently modify a gen 3 or 4

Yeah, up until about two years ago when I PCS'd up north.
If I do it I plan to do it slowly w sandpaper or a sanding block.
Get an Xd if you dont like the finger grooves leave the poor G19 alone lol
I've done it and will continue to do it. It's a freaking Glock, the plastic frame will be trash in 20 years anyway.

Got rid of the XD bc of the height of the slide.
There's still Gen 1's floating around that still run just fine.
But yes, I do agree with your point. It's a tool.
Do you run weapon mounted lights? If not gen 2s are great.

Great shooting guns. Had one for a while but just decided to drink the Glock coolaid
Yeah, I like the wide trigger shoe and they do shoot well. I was also in the Glock camp until the VP9 came out.
