Form 3 Wait Times Update

I heard the NFA Branch was slammed processing forms and that wait times would be increasing. I just got a Form 3 back today that took 2 months (filed in Jan). I have a couple of Form 3s still waiting on filed in Jan too. So looks like the rumor is true.

Form 4s I've been getting took 4.5 months.

Yup. Should be coming soon though. The form 3 I got yesterday was filed a few days before yours.

I would think those waits get longer the closer to July 13 you file.
