For years, decades even, I've known about brining chicken with pickle juice but I've never done it before until today.
I brined one chicken breast overnight and did the other 2 with a dry rub. The pickle one was freaking good. Now I've got to hurry up and eat this big jar of pickles so I can do it again lol
