the upper isnt quite the same as ill need to add the carry handle (granted i like the one piece upper with it)
i dig the lower with the "gov only bs" on it
things i dont care is that its gonna be prob around $1500 by the time i get all of this together if that and its gonna be a heavy sum bitch. One of the beauty of this old school set up is its light pencil barrel

Colt A4 is probably the cheapest way to get something I consider legit, still available, turn-key, clone correct if you want to go that route. Not overly heavy iirc.

If you want something old school and lightweight, simple, then an A1 clone is super cool. However all the Colt stuff has gotten stupid expensive last time I checked.

yeah probably pick up the colt a4 which would keep me not going over my budget of $1k. The bottom is something im looking for with that handguard
