I'm about to tell these kids that I'm gonna keep every ball that comes over the fence in my yard. I'm about getting tired of having to answer the door 3 or 4 times a night to throw their ball over the fence, they need to move their GD basketball goal to another part of their backyard

Drill a hole in the cap of a 2 liter plastic bottle. Insert valve stem. Pump up to about 120psi. Shoot. You'll get a nice deafening boom.

Not sure about the pressure needed. Proceed at your own risk.
