pic looked amazing and dont think ive had smoked shrimp before. Not over cooked?
You would think they would be rubbery but they turned out fine. I also do a double layer and I think that helps. I made them 2 nights ago and then when my brother and his wife came over last night I made them again, they kept talking about how good they are! He said the same thing, "I've never had smoked shrimp before and wouldn't have thought about doing that!" Definitely going to keep them in rotation especially how easy it is.

I think I might try some Liquid Smoke or something similar and try them in the oven.

Residential wiring freaks me the hell out, probably because I always get zapped on account of the morons who labeled the breakers obviously don't know standard definitions. So I seem to ALWAYS miss a breaker when I'm trying to kill a circuit.

But I can play with 3 phase 400hz 115V all fucking day long at work, no problem.

This shit right here...ugh...
