Is there something that I can use to convert a sling slot (like on a Magpul CTR stock) to a QD mount?

From the Magpul website: QD sling mount that will accept any push-button sling swivel.
QD is already built in to the stock - maybe I'm missing the point of your question. To understand better you may need to draw it out in crayon so I can understand...I promise I won't eat them afterwards.
