I think this guy’s fan motor went out, so he rigged up a fan system with squirrel cage fans, flexible duct, and wires. With a switch on top of each fan.

Could’ve just replaced the motor under the dash, Chief…

If his blend door/actuator is broken, he probably went with a lot cheaper solution. Especially if you consider labor.
