Damn, you have to go to school before you can even take the written exam to get your CLP now? That's some bullshit. That'll slow down the process even more. Good thing I already have all of the endorsements I'll ever need(tanker, doubles/triples, hazmat). Hope they don't require a "refresher course" when it's time to renew my hazmat.

Is this a Mass Air Flow system?

Uhhh it’s a 1986 EFI 5.0l it has a dual throttle body with a IAC valve that controls the airflow at intake. I already removed and cleaned that valve. The problems of backfire didn’t arise till we did the ignition system maintenance yesterday. May just be a crossed wire or something loose/wrong. Was wondering if it may be the old rotor button not playing ball with the new equipment. I will be getting my hands in it tomorrow probably. Today’s is a day for rest lol
