I am getting frustrated.
They started my pool the 2nd week of September and said it would take 10 weeks.
This is the progress to date.
I called them today and they said they do not know when they will be back out to finish it.

Hire lawyer, file suite for breach of contract. Cancel any payments made, or dispute. Formally fire the contractor. File complaint with BBB. And then go full super Saiyan Karen and put em in blast on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, gettr, myspace, pornhub, Xtube...then call 11 news on your side or some shit and get em on local mediaI am getting frustrated.

Well I am not that frustrated, but I would like them to finish it.
They have you because once it is started you are at their mercy.
The upside is you pay them for everything as they complete it but they have been paid 2/3 of the total cost already.
Sounds like your 2/3 fucked if they never return. Go ahead and buy some sod to be delivered in April, contact fish and game to have it stocked with trout in June, and make it a fishing pond.
I think you gotta go to Buford Hwy for that.
