I think I'm going to need help from you guys. I need advice on how to get the insurance company to pay a fair amount for a diminished value claim. I see places on line, the do a diminish value estimate, and then send it to the insurance company, or should I get a law firm to call on my behalf? View attachment 142371

My insurance company filed my diminished value claim with the other guy's insurance when I got rear-ended, only ended up getting $1K due to the truck being almost 5 yrs old eventhough low miles

Years ago my shop was just across from his and I remember he couldn't legally carry a handgun then, so he carried a pair of black powder pistols that were not classified as a handgun, just antiques.
