They are, but these are fiberglass and heavy as shit.
We don’t have only baseball fields. We play more softball. But when we need mounds, we move them.
Not my choice. I was volentold to assemble and make something work.
So government work to the core.
Just guessing, but your dragged load is probably about 30% of whatever the mound weighs.
I may work for the .gov, but I am far from a government employee, I do things above my pay grade all the time!

That was a thought but they have to be removable for safety.
My suggestion was a skid steer and forks at every park. That was quickly turned down.
