I told my brother not to buy that house.
$10K sunk into it for repairs, now the neighbor poured his driveway to the edge of his property line and now claims he owns the 4' of yard next to it and says my brother has sprinkler heads on HIS property. Yeah, it doesn't work that way. So he's got to hire a land surveyor to straighten that out.
And then yesterday he pulled up the threshold at the back door because he was repairing the door casing, only to find all the wood underneath the threshold is rotted, the house is 8 years old. SMH

Check out paint closely. Some of the MGM (magnetic gray metallic) had issues with paint. Clear coat, IIRC.
Carvana used to measure paint thickness on the vehicles they buy, to weed out repaints. Not sure if they still do it, in today's truck market.
And absolutely no white jap vehicles. All of them use a single stage paint, and do not get a clear coat.
Sitting here trying to understand why you have both a 2022 and a 2023.

Shop around for a new Tacoma, they are only a few thousand dollars more than a used one right now. I bought my new truck 4 months ago, and the dealer also gave me $1900.00 off MSRP. Just my 2 cents worth of advice.
