I’m glad you asked.

Based on the info provided by @Red Dawn (I think) it was severely over gassed. Using the guidance from Springco, I put in an H buffer which moved the ejaculation from 2 to 3 o’clock. I then put in the Springco Orange extra power 308 spring which moved the ejaculation to 4 o’clock which is, according to Springco, a properly tuned AR.
While waiting for parts described above, I disassembled one of the 350 Legend magazines and polished the feed lips to a mirror surface, as well as the front of the mag. (Even when rounds are seated as far rearward as possible, recoil will shift them in the mag so that the projectile is rubbing on the mag surface.) I also polished the bolt face to a near mirror surface to lessen the phosphate finish acting like sandpaper against the rim and primer.
Put another 100 rounds through it with only one failure to feed with polished mag. I fired one box through the unpolished 350 mag, and every mag had at least one failure to feed. (My mags are cmmg and duramag 5 round 350 legend mags. The only difference I can see in the mags is the floor plate engraving)

It doesn’t take many rounds before the entire upper feels like sand on the inside.

Then it hit me that the ammo in the white boxes that I’ve been shooting are Winchester White box.

Next range trip will be testing of 150, 160, and 170gn hunting ammo.

It will be properly cleaned prior of course.

Completely didn't read.

Anyone have cliff notes?

Start with the right SpringCo springs...

That’s the easier on the list to fix ..

If that doesn’t work you polish bolt face and chamber from 11-1 o’clock and 7-5 o’clock smooth it out a bit.

Slowly load a round from the mag see if projectile is grabbing the front edge of the mag if so remove 1/16” so it doesn’t hang up when going into battery.

Then if still having issues then the extractor could be to tightly wound up. Disassemble it remove extractor and take out the o ring invert the spring upside down and reinstall carefully keeping it lined up properly yes there’s a jig for that too. That’s common issue with the aftermarket bolts especially with 458 Soccom.

That’s about all I got ...

Every Winchester round I’ve shot through pistol or rifle is nasty trashy dirty carbon buildup .... it only gets worse with adding a can. I don’t have much of either anymore just moved over to Federal. Sounds like it’s getting better though and moving in the right direction. Thanks for the updated I’ve been curious about how it’s been going.

What I did worked.
I polished the entire bolt face. No Idea how to polish just parts of it. Or how to polish a chamber.

“if projectile is grabbing the front edge of the mag if so remove 1/16”
Remove what???

If it’s hitting front of mag when bcg is going into battery pushing the round in the mag face towards chamber that’s the area to polish or lightly remove. I thought having the better spring would help with that tho

It’s moving into the keep column for sure.
Time will tell.

The 6mm arc in an ar platform has tuning issues as well. (If you believe the internet) I’m not sure I want another problem child.

I’ve n ver had a build that wasn’t 100% from round 1 to round 10,000 plus.

Frustrating.

It did help.
Polishing that area helped too.

I’ll polish and remove more material on the other mag. Also, there info that shows that removing an 1/8th of an inch on the forward part of the feed lips help also.

Trying a little at a time.
So far I’m pleased.
