Believe it or not, old school car amplifiers cost the same as Kalash stuff. I had about 20 car amps at one time. Now I just have 2.

This amp is 20 years old and is about $500ish. I need to sell it.

I don't think this is accurate.

There is the potential for heavy rainfall. The Weather Prediction Center gives Southeast Louisiana a rainfall total of 8-16 inches of rain possible through Monday.

That's going to be the biggest factor and the 16' storm surge, I don't think Cat 4 or 5 winds will be as big of an impact as the slow movement dropping that much rain.

Hopefully the new levees, pumps and surge barriers hold up
