Week before last both kids were running a fever, puking, diarrhea, all that fun stuff, then the cough/cold stuff kicked in. Kids' doc said RSV is really bad this year.

I know there are lots of people who’s swear by this.
However, the doctors, and nurse practitioners in my family say it’s all a waste of time and money, except for the D3.
For me, I know that with regular vitamins, I feel absolutely not better or worse when taking them or not taking them. That includes the D3, so I don’t spend money on that either.
So I save the money to spend on ammo instead.
