Macadamia. I never buy them though. I'm a poor.
I only get those for free in Hawaii. I give them away. I do not care fore them.
Those are good also but I think they’re around 70% fat so not as easy to eat a lot.
I have had a dry aged Kona ribeye with macadamia nuts in Hawaii and it was awesome
I'm on no carb right now so macadamia are the shit. It's like 10 bucks for 4 ounces though. I'll stick to almonds.

They’re cheap in Hawaii since they‘re local. The Russian guys I went there with when we had that steak years ago said “this is so good you want to beat your wife and children”

I have type 2 but it's all because of diet. Runs in the family hard but I can fix it. Changed my diet 9 days ago and I feel so much better.
Any of y'all do bathroom remodeling? It's a big job and I need it done asap. You can stay in my camper if it takes a few days.
