I'm not familiar with locking hinges. I dabble in furniture but it's not really my Forte. I do know that McMaster-Carr probably has about any kind of hardware you could want.

I do. But I do not know how to proccess the meat myself, and I would rather not deal with bunny cops, after a meat proccessor turns me in.
