I have an app like that. These aren't robots though. One of my sister's lifelong best friends volunteers for one of those organizations. She literally spends 4-6 hours per day sending out texts messages and making phone calls.

Well if you log there number as spam in your blocker app, it will be blocked on millions of phones that use the robo blockers.
