Haven’t been to Patak in a while but my in-laws go every week so they pick up whatever I need, mostly meats.
I usually pass by Golden Key because it’s much closer to me

I also go to the Bosnian stores (Euro Gourmet I think), several around Atlanta. They have more Euro variety than other stores.

Theres also this one that’s ok, but they have too much Turkish junk:

I have three 5 string banjos and can loan you one.
The banjo is so unorthodoxed that a lot of people quit playing after 2 or 3 months.


What style are you interested in learning?


I have a bluegrass style resonator banjo and various finger and thumb picks, a flat top open back for old-time style and I have a cheap banjo I hacked into a custom claw hammer style open back.

I don’t even know what styles there are, I’m so some research!

I play in a sure'nuf "better stay the fuck away" style referred to as Round Peak style.
Keeps most neighbors away.

It's just a lazier (more efficient) way of playing Old-Time style.
Round Peak is the name of a small community in Surry county, NC where the style came about.

I am, but not for that.
Way too much hassle with anything gun related.
I’m actually working on something that will be much higher volume once it starts happening: importing sunflower oil from Russia/Ukraine/Romania. As soon as Lidl and Aldi start carrying it, others will follow.
Right now only Kroger, Whole Foods and Fresh Market have it and there’s no comparison in quality to the European sunflower oil
