Nice, I haven’t been to Cabo in years.
Almost nothing here comes close to the proper authentic food they have in many parts of Mexico. Closest would be southern Arizona, New Mexico and south and west Texas

I grew up in Southern Az. I miss it dearly. Last nights tacos were just ok. The best I’ve had is in Tucson and a close second was in Scottsdale.
