Just ordered my dad a chest rig to go with that Dissy that I got him. Had to order one without pistol mag pouches because they were all double stack and he still carries a 1911, lol. I'm un-fudding him slowly but surely. Just gotta get him to shoot my Shadow 2 and I think we'll be there.

I’ve eaten two small meals since Sunday and I’m down 10lbs. I feel like I’m walking on air baby. Gonna drop down to 170 to see how I feel then switch from these multi day fasts to rolling 23 hours fasts and just eating one meal a day.

After my bf% is back down to where I want it (should be when I hit 170lbs)I will do a clean bulk back up to 180 and keep on the one meal a day schedule. Hopefully this will keep my BF% where I want it with some additional muscle
