TBH I wouldn't be *too* worried yet.
Printed money specifically means printed on paper., which for some bills means less than a 6-year life expectancy in circulation. The statement also isn't specific as to whether its referring to the number of bills printed or the dollar value represented by those bills, meaning that if a bunch of $1 and $5 bills were phased out of circulation, then the overall effect would be small monetarily even though it makes up a large portion of bills.
