I’ll eat white or pink. Don’t know that I can taste the difference with the amount I use.
But if you have a recommendation on black pepper, do tell.
I turn my food black with pepper.

I like black pepper that has red and white peppercons mixed in. Is it better? No clue, but I like the taste.
