No, I have not.
Not really a cholesterol thing just a healthy overall diet. Lower than normal American intake of sodium. Hitting all my vitamins. Lower worthless carbs, definitely lower sugars, anything really processed. Get my carbs from the good stuff with fiber. I get plenty of fat, carbs, sodium, and everything else just from the best sources possible, in better portions, spread evenly throughout the day
