Backpacking trip is in two weeks and I’m at my heaviest in 2 years. Need to shed some pounds before then so I don’t die.

current weight: 189.1

On hour 35 of a fast. Weight is down to 185.1. A lot of that is water weight that will come back when I eat again but I feel amazing.

there are a lot of mental boosts that come with fasting so I’m riding high today.
