So my fridge crapped out on me Thursday night. I had taken out a rib roast to cook this weekend. I brought over some freezer stuff to my brother's house so it wouldn't go bad, with the intent of reclaiming it when my fridge issue is fixed. I had 2lbs of wild GA shrimp and 2lbs of U4/U6 shrimp from Fresh Market. $60 of shrimp basically. And other stuff.
Today my fridge is up and running, I brought the rib roast over so we can cook it here and all of us can eat.
My brother is cooking and I go in the kitchen, the roast is ready...and he's finishing up the shrimp?!?! ALL OF IT. Well, we eating good tonight for sure lol
