*done not fine. Autocorrect does not live me.
The plumber would need to reply me most of the crawlspace. I’m upgrading to pex where the old pvc is cracking. Also replacing a 50yo cast iron pipe to the septic. Since I’m having trouble finding people to go that far, recommendations are welcome. Otherwise I’m stuck w Mr Plumber.
Or New Orleans bead tricks. Not sure I’m willing or that it would get me far.
In for the New Orleans bead trick

Thoughts on this?

I believe that BT somehow acquired the design/rights to the Sphinx pistols that were also made in Switzerland.

Those were always regarded as the Cadillac of CZ clones but you paid a nice premium for one. Back then, they were $800 to $1000 while the CZs themselves were right around $500. For your money, you would get a Swiss made pistol that was super clean and lacked the rough tooling marks on the inside of the slide of the Czech made weapons. However, I seem to recall no one saying that they actually shot any better than a 75.

Personally I would rather buy a threaded CZ-75 and then spend the money I saved to send it off to Cajun Gunworks or another shop.

The former owners let the crawlspace continually flood and the hvac condenser drain into it. After ten years, even the fungus was fine with the boards and beams. They were completely saturated and a handy Andy had cut 2/3 through those that weren’t with his artful plumbing.
Just had the gutters replaced to remove his plumbers pipe gutters. No kidding.
my house (rental) that I am in has a water pump in the crawlspace for when it rains. Never seen a condenser be run off into the crawlspace tho..

I have a sump in there, but it’s still a mess. Apparently the original owner/builder didn’t line the walls up with the main beams either or put an extra one in when he extended the front of the house, because, you know logic. Or maybe lack of logic.
