Imma be real with you, if you ain’t looking at ~$200/night in that area as a minimum, the hotel is legit gonna be filled with hood rats, wannabe bangers, and hookers.

I ubered some ladies from their dinner to their Airbnb the other night. We passed by the perry lane hotel and they started discussing how much it might cost. One decided that it was probably 3-400 per night……This was VERY nice.
I stayed there.
