You won’t be able to log into efile to fill it out till it’s back up. Usually Wednesday is their “maintenance “ day but they said last week that was going away but it’s been down yesterday and today so typical gov shit. On thrusday I bet it’s back up and running
you can fill everything out and save as a draft when it’s back up if you’d like for more time to get prints but you’ll still have to log back in when you’re ready and pay/submit before you get your coversheet to mail your prints with
