Install a new 24mm Bulgarian sight. Then AK74 compressor. Any AK bayonet will fit now. AK74 has 2 bayo lugs, old AKM style on the gas block, new on FSB. Front will work for bayo with AK74 compensator.

Still doesn't solve the scope rail 'issue' Idk if I'd even want one though..
