Yep. It used to be Vepr in my book. But it has been ACE since I bought my first one.
Vepr is #2. Ease of optic mounting, ambi safety and better sights on Gen1 make it the best AK.

I put a camera in my van after an illustrious Carroll county deputy blew thru the stop sign and almost T-boned me, if I had been slower on my reflexes. No lights, no siren, doing 60-ish mph in a 35mph zone. And then followed me for a mile, running my plate.
