Pretty sure it is all 50 state quarters, in normal $10 rolls. Would assume they are uncirculated, as they were bought from the bank as is.

Prob easier to just research 'Grading Coins'.
It's good to know if you are going to collect because the grade determines the true value.
MS is Mint State and they go from ms-60 to ms-70.
