I went in the 2005-07 times. I didn’t know too much about guns. But I knew $90 was cheap and dad didn’t buy me “Chinese junk“ SKS. I still bring it up 15 years later.

I remember the bargain barn in jasper had barrels of sks rifles 29.00 ,plus wooden crates full of ammo, it was as cheap as 22 ammo back then

Not if you use the doubled steel om feed lips or a pommel of the bayo.
That method is what they train soldier to use.

First gun I ever bought was a 91/30 for $120. 2013, I could still get a spam can for like $90
