Can you taste it?

Taste came back while I was oficially sick, about 1.5 weeks ago. I coyld not taste only for 3 days. Everything was oversalted when it came back, but now tastes good.
Loss of taste is tied to low zinc (used up in fighting the virus), and I was taking 100 to 150mg of Zinc, plus quercetin to increase zinc absorption. And Ivermectin.
