In other news. I don't know why, but I'm still contemplating a .357 Deagle or putting all other purchases on hold for a little while and saving up for a stupidly-expensive NightHawk 1911 in 10mm.

Seriously I agree, hopefully we're not wrong. I think it's nothing more than propaganda warfare as far as those are concerned.

But the small arms is a different story.

I agree, but they already had small arms.

I mean, most of those things depend on software.... which can be remotely disabled. So lots of systems died, or at least could have been killed at will.

It says you like nice stuff and don't mind spending money on something you like.

You can try a cheaper 10mm 1911 for a test drive. Like a Ruger or something to see if you'd like that platform.
I used to EDC a G20, so not unfamiliar with 10mm, just seems lately that I keep coming back to some of the NH offerings, but I can't bring myself (yet) to spend the coin on a NH
