I’m gonna buy 2 long boi rifles tomorrow
Mail call. First time FPC has sent me anything in almost 2 years. This is yet another reason to love FPC and hate the NRA. I STILL get American Rifleman magazines and other junk from the NRA and I haven't been a member in over 3 or 4 years. They've probably spent more money sending me shit then I have ever donated to them.

I should have said "so long as you're not breaking the mortgage terms" which generally means not paying. They'd have to send a letter (disposessory letter or something?) Informing you and telling you they intend to take the property. That's the only way that they could change locks, etc. I think.
Edit- i had to get a different insurance policy when one of our rentals sat empty for over 6 months.
