I can get with the 50 shades. Love it on my FNX. Mrs. saw a FN SCAR 17s this weekend and has proclaimed it to be my next rifle from her. She loved it. I can only hope she follows through.

Hard to tell in certain light but the lower and buffer tube are cerakoted Vortex bronze, same color as the Vortex Razor HD line up. Looks good IMO
Bullets falling usually fall base first after they lose their stability.
Wish I could have found a Dbal A3 in FDE when I was buying but 1400.00 and only black in stock I said fuck it

I have a mk16 rail on my super duty because it came with and has a proprietary anti-rotation tab machined on the rail to interface with a notch machined on the upper or id swap it out for a MK8 too
They’re clean AF man. I still kinda want a SCAR-16 though, just because I have so many ARs.
I had one. They’re nice for sure. Mine wasn’t able to zero properly with the irons. Front Sight post was completely bottomed out and It was still hitting 4” low at 30y or so.
I removed the barrel and reinstalled it with a legit torque driver and using the proper sequence. Tried XM193 and XM855 no dice. Pretty sure it was a fluke for my rifle but still a 2500.00 fluke that sucked bad
