Came home, zonked out. Damn I guess I needed a nap.

Got up, painted the back of the door where we trimmed it, installed the hinges and hung the door. Perfect fit man. Couldn't have done it without ya @dial1911!

When I mortise the hinges the first time, I had to tweak them a little to hang the door. I was expecting the same this time. Shoot man, the door dropped right on the hinges, not even the slightest tweak necessary. Pins dropped right in.

Door gap is close enough, it'll work!

A little bondo will fill those old mortises in the frame. Just mix it and let it get kinda set before you start putting it on. Less fighting gravity that way.

Great tip! I've been thinking about how I was going to tackle that part! Woulda never thought about bondo!
