love that bake... but... that wood is literally crying for some shellac bruh

My wasr wood is pretty rough & plain looking. I'm guessing it's just raw wood, right? What do you do to it to seal & preserve it, etc.? Do any of you guys offer that as a service??

I've sanded it down some and then applied a few coats of shellac with some rit dye in it. Love the way it comes out but it ain't for everyone
